About The Position

The Client Associate Floater plays a crucial role in supporting the print request life cycle, ensuring that Xerox meets its industry-leading standards while exceeding client specifications. This position involves providing backup and peak workload support to all Client Associates in the territory, establishing support coverage schedules, and assisting in the training of new employees. The role also includes administrative support tasks, asset redeployment initiatives, and maintaining communication with account key contacts.
