About The Position

Common Bond Title is seeking a relationship-driven Client and Market Development Representative to grow our presence and generate consistent title and closing business across assigned markets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building partnerships, creating referral pipelines, and delivering exceptional client experiences in the real estate ecosystem.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field preferred
Experience in customer service, meeting sales goals, prospecting, territory management, and closing sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Regular travel is required to develop, manage, and maintain client relationships across the state of Alabama.
Valid Driver's license is required.
Valid car insurance is required.

Nice To Haves

Title or real estate–adjacent business development experience preferred; Birmingham market experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and expand a strong network of real estate agents, lenders, builders, investors, attorneys, and related professionals to drive new business.
Own business development efforts across assigned markets by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new referral partnerships.
Tailor sales conversations and value propositions to meet the unique needs of each partner segment, serve as a trusted point of contact for key clients, and proactively resolve issues to protect long-term relationships.
Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, actively represent Common Bond Title within relevant professional organizations and networks, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from order through closing-managing questions or issues that arise on files.
