About The Position

At Green Square, you’ll be part of a team that takes a top-down, macro approach to global investing across the capital structure. Our clients are primarily entrepreneurs and family business leaders who rely on us as trusted advisors throughout the life of their businesses, including during transitions and exits. Each client relationship is approached with care and customization, and our investment process is thoughtfully tailored to align with their specific goals. In addition to investment management, we offer a full suite of services to support the complexities that come with increased liquidity, including tax and estate planning, bill-pay, and philanthropic strategy. Our independent-minded and impartial team is committed to delivering value at every step. As of October 2025, we serve more than 100 families and institutional clients across the United States and manage over $5 billion in assets under management. You will report to the Office Manager and support a team that provides wealth management services to high-net-worth clients, helping ensure that client needs and requests are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Your role is essential in assisting Investment Advisors with the daily management of client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working in the financial industry or a major in business-related focus.
  • Series 65 license required
  • Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in solving problems and making decisions independently
  • Bring strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of drive and enthusiasm
  • Communicates effectively with excellent written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

  • Run reporting for daily trading, transactions, money movement, and debits
  • New account opening and client “on-boarding” process
  • Completion of daily wires, journals and check requests
  • Process alternative managers subscription documentation
  • Coordination of multiple custodial relationships for client’s accounts
  • Collection of K-1s and 1099s (during tax season only)
  • Account transfer instructions for all clients
  • Maintenance of client’s electronic and paper files
  • Daily processes and tasks related to client service
  • Information on charitable gifts made for all clients
  • Consistency in service
