As the Client Analyst, you will be joining an experienced and dynamic team consulting on, preparing, and quality reviewing 401(a)/(k), 403(b), and 457(b) retirement plan documents for new and existing plans. Focusing on more complex implementation (new business) and maintenance (existing business) assignments, you will coordinate with recordkeepers, financial professionals, and plan sponsors to complete plan-level reviews, provider searches, and benchmarking studies, as well as maintain all fiduciary and governance documentation. All work passes through a quality-review process to ensure our clients’ needs are met while maintaining the highest level of quality standards and client service. The Client Analyst will partner with other plan professionals to collect data, as well as research, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, they will work with our internal staff to confirm the accuracy of underlying data to ensure reports are accurate, and fully support our consultants and client’s needs. The Client Analyst must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well organized, service oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. The successful Client Analyst likes helping others achieve their goals, is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
