Responsibilities: Proactively contact all assigned clients to build warm personal connections and ensure a positive experience. Identify from clients how the company can improve and share with management. Reassure clients and escalate concerns appropriately, communicate with clients until concerns are resolved. Verify the business software clients use and ensure all clients are utilizing products including integration and email payment tools, and other products. Obtain positive customer surveys, online reviews, references, and client referrals. Three referrals requested after all positive client interactions. Discover if clients belong to any associations and work with any software resellers - generate potential partnership opportunities for the company. Enter all updates correctly in the company’s CRM system and notify relevant parties if impactful changes are requested by accounts. All other tasks as directed by sales leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Self-starter with ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team. Must be driven with a strong work ethic.
