About The Position

The Gainey Agency is expanding and is seeking motivated individuals in the Memphis, TN area for a remote Client Agent opportunity. This role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and a clear path for growth. This is an independent contractor (1099) position within the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain a Tennessee state life insurance license (assistance provided; licensing fees may apply)
• Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and phone

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals who have requested information about financial protection products
• Educate clients on life insurance and related options

• No cold calling required; leads are provided (agents may also generate their own leads)
