About The Position

We offer an exceptional experience for our employees, clients, and stakeholders, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Client Service Team. This position will assist Account Managers with various insurance transactions and ensure accurate account information is maintained. The role requires collaboration with Client Executives and Managers, as well as a proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent written communication and task follow-through.
• Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with processing insurance transactions, including new and renewal policy processing.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and restatements.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system (AMS360).
• Request and track information from carriers as needed.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs.
• Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables.
• Monitor billing, payments, and reconciliation issues.
• Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use.
• Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes.
• Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies.
