The Client Advocate is a critical member of our ministry, serving by building and strengthening relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and working with them to remove barriers to success.

Efficient with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated conflict resolution and de-escalation skills

Well organized, diligent and reliable in following through on commitments
High energy and ability to engage others towards a common goal
Demonstrated experience serving as a personal coach on a one-on-one basis and group setting
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Valid Driver’s License
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Willing to travel in the metro Atlanta area (downtown and North Atlanta) and/or Northeast Georgia

Responsibilities

Works with clients to maintain stability in their personal life and achieve personal goals
Builds close and durable relationships with clients
Encourages and motivates clients to reach their personal and professional goals and challenges them to excel
Collaborates and communicates regularly with team and client to ensure client success
Prepares and produces individual reports, ensuring accuracy of client data
Documents client’s progress utilizing client management systems
Assists clients in arranging transportation and driving as needed
Complies with established metrics
Coordinates client attendance for internal and external activities
Facilitates client classes and meetings
