Be the First Step Toward Stability At Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS), every person who walks through our doors has a story — and a chance for something better. We’re looking for a compassionate, quick-thinking, and people-focused Client Advocate to serve as one of the first points of contact for individuals entering our shelter. In this role, you’ll help assess needs, provide guidance, and connect clients to the right services — setting the foundation for their journey toward stability and housing. If you’re someone who can balance empathy with action and stay calm in fast-paced environments, this role is for you. What You’ll Do As a Client Advocate, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients take their first steps toward stability. You’ll be a steady, supportive presence during what can be a very uncertain time for the people we serve.
