Client Advocacy Coordinator

About the position

Lewer offers a concierge approach to employee and student insurance by providing tailored benefit strategies designed to create healthier businesses, families, and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a seamless transition of documents as they are received by the organization and processed through to other positions.
• Provide clients with guidance, assistance, and support for routine insurance-related questions.
• Work closely with the team at renewal time to collect enrollment information and organize benefit packages.
• Ensure client satisfaction by handling routine client questions, processing enrollments/terms, and entering data into portals and management systems.
• Perform multiple organizational tasks, including processing paperwork, maintaining client records, and filing email data.
• Coordinate administration data involving handling large volumes of sensitive data, including policyholder information and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years of experience in health insurance or employee benefits administration roles.
• Life and health insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency with Adobe and CRM systems.
