You will manage the new customer experience, ensuring that service standards are met and that any issues are resolved appropriately. Your communication skills will be vital as you engage with prospective clients from the initial meeting until their accounts are funded and transitioned to the Client Advisor. Additionally, you will monitor the transfer of securities and cash into newly established accounts, manage marketing materials, and prepare investment allocation proposals using sales templates. Participation in internal presentations and handling mail distribution are also part of your responsibilities.
