Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
• Computer skills including operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong desire for fashion and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service.
• Initiate and build relationships with clients through creative selling and client-book management.
• Exceed monthly sales goals consistently and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Assist in maintaining the visual and general maintenance of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces according to their needs.
• Create new custom design pieces based on client requests.
• Assist in maintaining inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
