Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience, ensuring that every client interaction is memorable.
Master the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring the approach to each client's needs, lifestyle, and motivations.
Convey the passion, heritage, and values of BVLGARI, fostering deep client connections and brand loyalty.
Proactively achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to both individual and boutique goals.
Drive high-end sales by curating premium, exclusive experiences for top-tier clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
Expand and nurture a strong client portfolio through strategic outreach, referrals, and personalized follow-ups.
Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to engage, track, and retain clientele.
Serve as a BVLGARI brand ambassador at private client events, in-store activations, and high-profile engagements
Uphold brand standards by ensuring a pristine, welcoming, and luxurious boutique environment.
Participate in inventory control, visual merchandising, and product replenishment.
Support boutique opening and closing procedures, ensuring daily readiness.
