About The Position

As a Client Advisor at our Corte Madera location, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the emotional connection our customers have with our brand. Your expertise in styling and fashion will be essential as you create aspirational and on-trend looks that resonate with our clientele. You will be expected to stay current with credible fashion references, including style icons and influencers, and translate that inspiration into actionable solutions for our customers' styling needs. Your primary focus will be on providing a superior level of service in an inclusive environment that fosters brand loyalty and encourages customers to return. In this role, you will connect and engage with customers authentically, building strong relationships that contribute to a loyal client following. As a brand storyteller, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of our products, creating exceptional experiences that drive sales and help achieve store goals. You will take responsibility for your performance, ensuring that the client remains at the center of your efforts. Additionally, you will assist in creating an inclusive environment where both customers and employees feel a sense of belonging, aligning with our core values and behaviors. Your role will also involve proactive client sourcing and outreach, leveraging your experience to build a loyal client base. You will need to navigate various technology platforms as part of the clienteling process, adapting to the needs of the business while maintaining flexibility in your scheduling. Physical demands include the ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, as well as the capability to lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
