We are looking for a Client Advisor with RTW experience for our Rodeo Boutique. The Client Advisor’s role is crucial and contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine experience to each client.

Requirements

  • Previous luxury retail sales with relevant clientele focused experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Exceptional clientele and customer relationship building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills to operate retail POS system and MS Office Programs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foreign languages a plus.
  • Action-oriented with a drive for results.
  • Problem-solver.
  • Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Client Journey to create strong long term client relationships.
  • Engage proactively with existing and potential clientele.
  • Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably in every phase.
  • Be aware of CRM targets and actively engage in actions to reach them.
  • Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools.
  • Capture client data and take notes of qualitative information.
  • Know the portfolio of customers and the VVICs and VICs they handle.
  • Work to achieve given sales, KPIs and CRM targets.
  • Discover clients' needs and guide them across all categories of the brand.
  • Curate looks based on current fashion and in-season trends.
  • Develop strong product and fit knowledge via company trainings.
  • Prepare for client appointments, including researching client preferences.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal trends, and special events.
  • Assist with all sales and after-sales activities.
  • Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the floor.
  • Know the warehouse stock to ensure re-stock shelves.
  • Partner with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day store operations.
  • Liaise with the Visual team to follow display guidelines.
  • Understand company policies and procedures.
  • Use POS system to perform all client transactions.
  • Participate in operational tasks when an Ops team member is not present.

Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $20-$24 with Commission.
