About The Position
This is an on-site Client Advisor role at CH Jewelers/TimeVallée located in Arcadia, CA, offering both part-time and full-time positions. The Client Advisor will play a crucial role in client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional customer service. The position requires maintaining interpersonal communications with clients and assisting them with their needs. The Client Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy. In this role, the Client Advisor will develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage client interactions. Tailored product recommendations will be provided based on clients' specific requirements, and the Advisor will be expected to achieve monthly sales quotas through repeat business and the development of new clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience, focusing on key product pillars to drive business growth. The position requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree or above is required, and candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
