About The Position

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Client Advisor career opportunity available at our Atlanta Phipps Plaza boutique. The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and values.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
• Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and visual presentation standards.
• Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
