Requirements

  • Strong sales ability with a client-centric mindset.
  • Confident and personable, able to connect with clients naturally.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM software.
  • Passion for wellness, lifestyle, and design-focused retail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly professional.
  • High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement.
  • Develop deep knowledge of products to provide informed recommendations and personalized service.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Attend and represent the brand at community and industry events, trade shows, and activations.
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track interactions in CRM systems.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards, store presentation, and brand policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-channel initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
