About The Position

The Client Administrative Manager (CAM) at Steward Partners Global Advisory is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. This role enhances the client experience through exceptional service and supports various branch functions. The CAM plays a crucial role in onboarding new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and preparing materials for client meetings, all while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage operations and compliance in the financial services industry is highly beneficial.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly grasp technology and train others.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services for at least 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new client accounts, including the collection of required documentation and client information.
  • Maintain existing client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Conduct outreach to strengthen relationships with clients and identify services that support their needs.
  • Proactively prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and materials for client meetings.
  • Support the team's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials and planning client events and seminars.
  • Seek opportunities for peer sharing and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Perform administrative duties to support Financial Advisors, including telephone coverage, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
