With approximately 280 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Client Accounting Supervisor to our outstanding team. The focus of this job is on producing high quality detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and a well-defined process. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from team members. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error-free work based on defined standards are key measures of job performance success. This position is designed to support our clients in effectively recording transactions and producing financial reports that are used by our client's management teams and business owners.
Responsibilities
- Produce high quality detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Support clients in effectively recording transactions and producing accurate financial reports.
- Work directly with business owners in a variety of industries.
- Handle a wide variety of accounting assignments under the direction of the Manager of the Outsourced Accounting Services Group.
- Ensure consistent, error-free work based on defined standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in private or public accounting, CPA preferred.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Yardi Voyager is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple clients each month.
- Ability to follow quality standards to execute on desired goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team-player with persuasive and collaborative communication style.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and offering potential solutions.
- Demonstrated record of strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with changing technology.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
