About The Position

You will manage the full financial operations lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of clients: Overseeing bill pay workflows Supervising and coordinating offshore execution teams Ensuring reconciliations are accurate and up to date Advising clients on best practices and technology Driving operational accuracy and risk prevention YOU WILL NOT BE PROCESSING PAYMENTS YOURSELF. YOU WILL OWN THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP, MANAGE DELIVERABLES, REVIEW ACCURACY, AND ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY ACROSS YOUR CLIENT ACCOUNTS.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, bill pay, or client account management
  • 2 or more years of remote work experience with strong time management and communication discipline
  • 2 or more years of supervisory experience (leading onshore or offshore team members or holding accountability for work execution through others)
  • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage clients with professionalism
  • Ability to drive accuracy and accountability across teams (onshore and offshore)
  • Proactive, risk-aware, and focused on delivering white-glove service
  • Comfortable using cloud-based tools, collaboration platforms, and fintech apps

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bill.com or Sage Intacct is a bonus
