PowerPay is in search of a Client Account Representative (CAR) due to increased organization growth. You will work closely with our customer operations and sales team to ensure we are delivering a positive client experience. Our aspirations are high and with your expertise you can help take our business to the next level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Inbound and outbound calls to address customers’ questions about products and services
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
