Job Summary (basic description) The Client Account Manager (CAM) supports billing partners in managing the financial health of client relationships. Acting as a bridge between attorneys, clients, and internal finance teams, the CAM ensures that billing, collections, and reporting activities align with both firm priorities and client expectations. This role combines tactical execution with strategic oversight to enhance the client financial experience ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant, and paid timely while identifying trends and opportunities to improve processes and profitability. The CAM will also play a key role in advancing the firm’s client account management model, developing best practices that promote consistency, transparency, and client satisfaction across the revenue cycle.
