About The Position

As a Client Account Manager, you will oversee client relationships from a strategic level—serving as their trusted contact while ensuring their plans stay organized, accurate, and aligned with their goals. This position is centered on relationship management, accountability, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated contact for assigned clients, maintaining consistent and responsive communication.
  • Review account activity, monitor progress toward financial objectives, and confirm services are executed properly and on schedule.
  • Address questions or concerns efficiently, partnering with internal departments when coordination is required.
  • Document client updates, communications, and action steps with precision.
  • Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure a cohesive client experience.
