In this position, you will specifically own the "how" conversation with advertisers, advising them on media strategies that encompass targeting, bidding models, creative approaches, and measurement techniques. You will become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, ensuring that campaign setups are optimal and that results are communicated effectively to demonstrate impact. Your ability to evaluate the success of digital media campaigns and troubleshoot issues will be crucial in driving results and delivering performance updates to partners. You will actively lead client meetings to understand their key objectives and challenges, presenting complex solutions in a clear and concise manner. Handling resistance, complaints, or objections from partners with professionalism and patience will be essential. Additionally, you will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to the team's revenue targets. Your role will also involve distilling complex processes and products into digestible formats for partners, providing guidance on product and service best practices, and maintaining fluency on the evolving Pinterest product roadmap.
