Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication of brand messaging and values.
  • Engage with customers proactively to create positive experiences and promote client products or services.
  • Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed goals by articulating product benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and handling objections.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of each client's offerings to deliver accurate product recommendations and information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and improve sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
