Requirements

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Successful completion of a background check including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during your shift.
  • Sedentary work primarily involves sitting, with occasional walking or standing.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred at least 2 years of previous management experience.
  • Preferred previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Client Access team and support staff development to ensure high performance.
  • Manage the accuracy of timecards and time off requests for direct reports.
  • Coach staff and leads to improve workflow, processes, and individual performance.
  • Collaborate with department leaders for ongoing training and development of Client Access Representatives.
  • Conduct yearly evaluations for team members and provide actionable feedback.
  • Participate in the creation of new processes to enhance team effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and disseminate relevant information regarding updates, training opportunities, and daily tasks.
  • Conduct onsite observations and ensure team engagement and availability.
