The Client Access Team works to ensure quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner to facilitate the care of internal and external AKBH consumers. Members of the Team serve as the first point of contact with AKBH and are responsible for ensuring efficient client flow and a welcoming environment. Other duties include client scheduling, registration, check-ins, phone inquiries, and insurance verification.
