The Southeast’s Premier ABA Therapy Provider for Children with Autism The primary responsibilities of the position include: The Client Access Coordinator is responsible for establishing a professional and supportive “first contact”; ensuring clients and their families feel a sense of welcome Provide general information on the ABA program and locations Conduct initial screenings for clients seeking ABA services, referrals, and benefits for new clients & provide timely follow-up on phone calls and inquiries Collect basic information from clients to begin the Intake process Verify client information and benefits Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, testing, and referrals Verify client eligibility weekly Monitor and distribute faxes to team members
