About The Position
Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Chair of Urology to lead our distinguished team of urologists across multiple regional sites, including Cleveland Clinic Weston (Weston, FL), Cleveland Clinic Martin Health (Stuart and Port St. Lucie, FL), and Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital (Vero Beach, FL). We are seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist with proven leadership experience in an academic or high-volume clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to innovation, and a passion for advancing urologic care. The Division Chair will provide visionary leadership, oversee clinical operations, and drive strategic growth within the Department of Urology. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of accomplished urologists while maintaining an active clinical practice within a world-class, multidisciplinary healthcare system. Additionally, the Division Chair will collaborate closely with the Cleveland Clinic's nationally recognized Urology Department in Ohio, fostering a unified approach to patient care, research, and education across the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise. The Chair will oversee and support urologists across multiple Cleveland Clinic Florida locations while developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient care, innovation, and growth within the division. This leader will foster collaboration with other medical disciplines to advance Cleveland Clinic's reputation in urologic care, mentor and support faculty development, and ensure excellence in clinical care, research, and education. Maintaining an active clinical practice, the Division Chair will have access to state-of-the-art technology and resources while working closely with Cleveland Clinic Urology in Ohio to standardize best practices and promote research initiatives. The Division Chair will also play a key role in the development of Cleveland Clinic Florida's newly approved urology residency program, advancing the academic mission of the institution.
