About The Position

In this function, you will: Supports shipping and receiving department including but not limited to; picking, packing, putaway, processes/procedures (Safety and Operation), data collection and reporting, data storage, and receiving / shipment / delivery of product and material, including mail. Provide shipping/receiving coverage and support during core business hours (typically 6:00 am - 2:30 pm) and overtime hours as necessary on short notice. Familiar with freight standards for both domestic and foreign shipment and receipt. Responsible for working with EHS department to assure any shipping/receiving requirements related to worldwide Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) are followed. Exhibit teamwork in all you do, maintaining a positive and team-based attitude. Support peers in times of high demand by working hours assigned and overtime as required; also comply with scheduled start/stop times and break periods for the facility Use appropriate lift assist or partner lift when moving material/products. May lift and carry up to 35 lbs and push or pull up to 100 lbs Cross-train and flex or stand in for other employees/job functions when necessary Provide temporary supervision as required if Supervisor or Lead is away - of limited time duration Perform inventory cycle counts as needed Responsible for all documentation related to incoming shipments and any outgoing shipments initiated by candidate and for the accurate and timely (daily) entry of required information into the appropriate electronic tracking, shipping and storage systems per accounting and finance policy including but not limited to Oracle. This includes semi-autonomous ‘receipt' of goods in WMS based upon generated PO Receipts. Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry Picker/ Reach Truck/ Stand Up Forklift Minimum One year experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) programs. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Requirements

Minimum 6 Months experience with Forklift/ Cherry Picker/ Reach Truck/ Stand Up Forklift
Minimum One year experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) programs.
