Requirements

• Recent clerk and CDK experience, 2-4 years minimum
• Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail
• Sort and match mail and other documents to files
• Maintain and update file volumes, sections and labels
• Routine and other copy jobs as requested
• Fax pickup and delivery
• Assist receptionists/office staff as requested
• Backup answering and transferring phones for receptionist
• Office errands
• Ordering office supplies and stocking supplies
• Other duties as assigned
