Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Maintains log of all deliveries, tags and places items in proper locations; informs supervisor of all freight damage for Caesars Atlantic City region. Responsible for the smooth running of a particular area in the absence of management staff. Must have a valid commercial driver’s license, and be required to drive a truck that will be automatic and/or “manual drive,” minimum of 16 feet in length or longer. Assists Clerks with lifting and transporting boxes of records approved for storage to record retention. Responsible for the maintenance of effective organized record system which allows for quick, easy access to information. Retrieves records for document searches requested by various operating departments. Assists with document destruction. Has responsibility of these functions for Caesars Entertainment, Atlantic City properties. Completes special as requested by upper management.
