About The Position

Primary Purpose: To organize and ensure the efficient operation of the truancy coordinator's office so that student attendance across the district is maximized and shows improvement annually.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One to three years’ clerical experience, preferably in public education environment, public sector or judicial system
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to manage other software programs
  • Ability to develop and manage spreadsheets & databases
  • Effective organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to operate general office machines and type 40 wpm accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to acquire notary certification
