As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for at least 10% of the shift
Ability to stand for at least 50% of shift
Ability to speak, read and write English

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience in logistics and/or shipping/receiving
Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS OneWorld, DHL, or similar systems
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office
Knowledge using an Email client like Outlook
Familiar with Lean and 5S principles
Well organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to think outside the box when solving problems
Knowledge completing AS Filings
Ability to do overtime when needed, specifically during month end

Responsibilities

Manage receiving and shipping of parts and materials, ensuring accurate system transactions and documentation.
Inspect incoming shipments for damage and generate discrepancy or damage reports as required.
Verify customer documentation and part numbers to ensure accuracy and compliance with work orders.
Distribute incoming materials to appropriate departments and return completed parts to shipping for final processing.
Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and export filings while coordinating instructions with Customer Service.
Package materials using best practices to ensure safe transport back to customers.
Maintain shipping supply inventory, perform local deliveries, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.
Operate a forklift.
Other duties as assigned.
