What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student records and schedules in compliance with government and management directives. Essential functions: Perform duties including data entry, student scheduling, interpretation and analysis of test data. Monitor student progress to ensure timely completion of Department of Labor required courses, Maintain positive interaction in day-to-day communication with students in scheduling related matters. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports. Perform data entry operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure WBL and LTE schedules are met. Prepare weekly class loading and staff utilization reports. Perform duties including typing correspondence, form letter, filling, distribution of incoming mail, preparing tickets and travel itineraries, accountability forms, active and terminated students records, including registration, scholastic, transfers, attendance and medical information, transcripts, clothing allowance forms, maximum benefit records, department records, allotments and status reports, edit all correspondence, forma and records for proper spelling, grammar and format and revise and update as necessary. Answer questions and assist students relative to pay, allowance, leave and attendance. Conduct career preparation briefing for new students. Track accountability for all students on a daily basis. Receive and track new enrollee applications. Conduct inventories and order brochures, literature, and promotional items for use in marketing on center.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year's related experience.
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
