About The Position

The Credit File Imaging Clerk at BancFirst Corporation is responsible for ensuring the accurate indexing and imaging of loan documents. This full-time position requires attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor. The role involves reviewing documents, pulling daily reports, and ensuring proper retention and purging of loan documents, contributing to the overall efficiency of the banking operations.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or High School equivalency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
• Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Image Documentation and scanning
• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
• Previous loan experience
• Proficiency in Vision Content Image Software

Responsibilities

• Review documents to ensure accurate indexing of documents to be scanned
• Ensure accurate and timely imaging of loan documents according to BancFirst procedures
• Pull and review daily reports
• Ensure proper retention and purging of loan documents
• Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned
