About The Position
The Clerk of Court (Grade 12) is the chief administrative officer and is responsible for the management and application of court resources. Position includes authority over service to the public, financial performance, staffing, budgets, and case processing systems. Clerk monitors procedures to provide high quality customer service, comply with the law, and meet the needs of court and criminal justice agencies.
