About The Position
The Valdez District Court of the Alaska Court System (ACS) is accepting applications for a Clerk of Court 3 (salary range 14). Under general supervision of the Rural Court Administrator and Area Court Administrator, serves as Clerk of Court and Deputy Magistrate in the Valdez Court. This is a flexibly-staffed position. Progression to the higher level (salary range 16) may occur when the incumbent meets the requirements and is appointed as a Deputy Magistrate in accordance with Administrative Rule 19.2. Employees transferring from another State of Alaska agency may receive consideration for an advance step placement.
