Performs receptionist, clerical, and other related duties in accordance with established standards and procedures. Schedules patient appointments. Discusses benefits with patients, responds to inquiries, and makes referrals as appropriate. Communicates with patients and insurance companies regarding coverage, required deposits, and other related matters. Maintains waiting area in a clean, orderly manner. Maintains adequate office supplies. Complies with established policies/procedures/safety standards. Demonstrates excellence in customer/co-worker relationships.
