About The Position
Whirlwind Steel Buildings, Inc., is looking for a reliable and organized Maintenance Clerk to join the Maintenance Team in Tallapoosa, GA. The Maintenance Clerk is a qualified individual and provides inventory control and parts room organization. Monitors shipments received and matches packing slips. Writes requisitions for parts and other plant items. This position in the maintenance classification is expected to perform the job functions under minimal or no supervision. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, be outstanding in computer skills and have experience in an industrial environmental, metal mechanical industry. Whirlwind’s goal is to provide fabricated structures for families, congregations, and businesses in the most efficient manner, while maintaining a safe work environment. The role of the Maintenance Clerk for the Maintenance Department is crucial to the overall manufacturing process of our products.
