About The Position

The Inventory Control Clerk I tracks inventory levels to ensure that all products are in stock and available for distribution in the warehouse. This position is located inside a warehouse. 3rd Shift. Recent high school graduates/GED holders are welcome to apply. We will train! The McLane team is the driving force behind our success. The Inventory Control Clerk works in the McLane distribution center warehouse. 3rd Shift. We will train!

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse environment
Training is available
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate inventory levels and ensures that inventory is present and ready for use.
Works with internal teammates to ensure solid understanding of customer demands and needs.
Files claims when defective goods are discovered.
Other duties may be assigned.

Benefits

Pay rate: 18-20/HR depending on experience
3rd Shift, 3PM-1:30PM
4 days per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
