About The Position
The Operations Clerk in Charge will work in a fast-paced environment where daily activities will vary widely at our Avondale location. The Clerk in Charge will be responsible for verifying and maintaining accurate records filled out by team of operations clerks. This role will primarily focus on marine vessels and barges for incoming and outgoing shipments. Close coordination with the traffic and operations management teams to ensure customer satisfaction will be critical for success. In this position, the team member could also be responsible for overseeing trucks and rail cars as they enter / exit the facility.
