The Clerk II position involves screening clients for eligibility for Community Impact Case Management services, collecting documents, explaining the intake and eligibility process, processing requests for emergency assistance, and providing referrals to community resources to meet basic needs. The role also includes performing field duties such as delivering checks and letters, interpreting policies, and collaborating with community agencies to ensure clients' essential needs are met.
