About The Position

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As an eCommerce Clerk II - Jewelry in our eCommerce department, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by evaluating and selling jewelry and other collectables through various online platforms and specialty shops; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Self-motivated to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in photography
• 1 year of online store experience
• Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones and vintage jewelry

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Select, photograph, research and price jewelry items
• Write online listings for jewelry items
• Catalog and maintain accurate inventory of items that have been entered into the system
• Coordinate and stage sold/packaged items for shipment
• Facilitate online customer service
