Clerk I Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. The Clerk I is responsible for providing vital clerical and administrative support to the Audit Team. How you will make an impact: Receive/retrieve incoming mail Open incoming mail. Sort incoming mail Reroute incoming mail as needed Maintain a filing system of backlogged mail that allows for efficient retrieval if necessary Scan documents into the patient's record Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats Send and receive emails via Outlook Use the Genesys phone system to make phone calls Operate various office equipment to include copiers and scanners Pulling and responding to Medical Record requests. Drafting, mailing, and following up on other Audit Documents. Carrying out Record Retention duties that may include pulling or retrieving records from the offsite storage facility, purging records according to Compliance timeline, arranging and overseeing the pick-up of records being sent to the offsite storage facility. Back-up the Mail Services Associate as needed.

Requirements

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED and related work experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty Pharmacy Experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office products.
