Requirements

  • Ability to accurately enter data into existing electronic spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to organize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain detailed records, files, and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provides routine clerical support to the Residential Services Department by maintaining files and compiling data.
  • Checks documents for accuracy and transports documents as needed.
  • Duplicates documents and inputs data into established databases.
  • Answers phones for the department and triages callers to appropriate staff.
  • Types documents and distributes them in electronic or hard copy for Residential Services.
  • Enters data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and databases.
  • Files submitted documents per established procedures.
  • Copies necessary documents for evidence books and meeting packets.
  • Takes minutes of Unit meetings and prepares drafts for review.
  • Schedules meetings and makes room reservations for staff.
  • Serves as backup to other clerical support personnel within the department.
  • Participates in disaster response and recovery efforts as needed.
