About The Position

You’ll be responsible for a variety of human resources and wellness duties in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of related experience or training and, computer proficiency in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and files, and appropriate office supplies.
  • Provide follow up correspondence to applicants and agencies regarding employment status.
  • Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if administrator is not available.
  • Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.
  • Create weekly intake lists for providers and assist with intake procedures.
