About The Position
The position serves as the initial contact with patrons, parents, and others through telephone communications. The role requires handling all telephone communication, sorting and distributing incoming mail, placing long distance calls for faculty, assisting office staff as needed, taking messages, screening calls, and taking calls for homework and distributing them to teachers.
