Requirements

• Have a high school degree or GED equivalent
• Have prior clerical experience and shipping/receiving/logistics experience
• Have excellent computer skills; SAP a plus
• Are highly organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Are able to meet physical demands required for the position (sit, stand, walk and climb; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in hot and cold environments and around moving equipment)

Responsibilities

• Interact with drivers to check them in, answer questions, verify load status and seal trailers
• Coordinate paperwork, answer phones and assist with pallet inventory
• Effective communication and coordination with co-workers and other departments
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all security, quality and food safety policies and procedures are followed
